PAINTSHOP SLUDGE REMOVAL SYSTEM

In wet paint booths, excess paints (Overspray) other than the paint adhering to the surface of the part should be removed from the system rapidly.

In wet paint booths, some of the paint applied manually or by the robot adheres to the part to be painted, and the painting process is done in this way. However, some of the paint is suspended in the air. These extra paint particles, which we call overspray, must be quickly removed from the system. In waterfall or venturi-type cabinets, excess paint adheres to the water circulating in the system thanks to the air circulation in the cabinet. With this water, the residual paint is removed from the system. However, as the dye concentration in the water increases over time, it causes undesirable problems such as clogging in the pump and spray lines.

Paint Sludge Scraper systems come into play at this point. By taking the dye in the circulation water with the relevant chemicals, it ensures the system runs smoothly by continuously giving the water that has been added to the system.
